Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • QLD: 5–12 business days
  • WA: 7–14 business days
  • TAS & NT: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress through the courier's website.

Vegepods & WaterUps Raised Garden Bed Shipping Information

Vegepods & WaterUps leave the warehouse in 2-3 days and delivery can be expected within 5- 10 days.

Once your order has been despatched, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the location of your package via the courier's website to its safe arrival.

 

Thrive Sustainability Seeds Shipping Information

In most cases, orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days of order receipt, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Seed packs are sent via Australia Post, below is their estimated delivery times to various states:

  • Perth Metro: 2 working days
  • Albany or Esperance: 2-3 working days
