Returns policy

All products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and our warranty policy does not limit any rights and remedies under this law. In addition to these rights, Planters Raised Gardens offers warranty on any products found to be faulty, damaged or missing parts (unless stated otherwise in the product listing).  Please refer to product page under "Returns & Warranty" for the warranty period of each product, different products have different warranty periods extending from 12 months - 10 years  We do not accept change of mind refund requests. We will provide appropriate repairs, replacements, or refunds for any of our products found to be damaged, faulty or missing parts.  

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING PARTS

Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, missing any parts, or if you receive the wrong item , this will allow us to take prompt action to rectify it. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at mike@plantersraisedgardens.au with photos/video and information of the defect/damage or missing items and we will process your return as a matter of priority.  Please call Sue on 0408915976 if you have any questions or concerns.

WARRANTY RETURNS

In addition to a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Planters Raised Gardens offers a warranty on products within the warranty period which are found to be faulty or damaged, except (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law):

  1. if expressly stated otherwise on the product listing - please refer to the product listing for  the express warrant period:
  2. in relation to accessories or bonus gifts (as noted as such in a product listing); or
  3. if the fault or damage is due to:
    • normal wear and tear
    • damage arising from abnormal use or abuse of the product.
    • damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care of the product (e.g. fabric, leather or timber); or
    • damage to external product packaging only.

    We will assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis.  Depending on the nature of the damage or fault, we may arrange to:

    1. send missing parts (if applicable);
    2. suggest a method of self-repair (if applicable).
    3. replace the product (subject to availability);
    4. offer an alternative product; or
    5. offer a partial or full refund.

    If you should have an issue arise under the warranty period please email us mike@plantersraisedgardens.au to start your warranty claim. 

    Do not dispose of items before a warranty claim has been made and finalised, as we may ask for items to be inspected. We reserve our rights, subject to the Australian Consumer Law, to not provide a refund in cases where goods are disposed of by the customer before a warranty claim has been finalised.

    Please do not return the product to Planters Raised Gardens unless instructed to do so. If we need the product returned, we will provide a return label for this purpose.  Please feel free to call us on 0408915976 if you have any questions/concerns relating to your warranty cover.
